VoipStunt
This is a follow up of my previous post “Another softphone from FINAREA” . Voipstunt has been working really fine since I first used it. The audio quality is good and its now really popular among users because one can call 39 countries for free. I got a UK call-in number despite the fact that I am living in germany, all I have to do is to enter UK for country in my profile, click get inbound number and within seconds I got +44208…….. Tested the voip-in features of voipstunt and it worked really great. Friends in London has been calling me free with my call-in number from their normal phones. It is now clear that FINAREA are just coming up with different variations of voipbuster in other to make us switch and pay another 10 euros minimum credit required to have unlimited free calls but their rates are still the lowest in the market.

Hi, I wouldn't recommend any of the programs from the FINAREA SA company (Voipstunt, Voipbuster, Voipdiscount, Sipdiscount & Internetcalls) yeah they advertise the free calls etc. Actuallythe quality was great and it worked well until they disconect you... don't ask about service or contacting them, it's inexistent. I am not a massive telephone user, but now I no longer can make the free calls, although I still have 9 euro credit. If you look around in the web, you will see how I'm not the only one who's had bad experiences with voipstunt.
Your credit only work 120 days. It is not really free.
I'm a VOIP user living in California (using a T1 internet connection). I make calls to Spain and the US very often.
Since the day I downloaded VOIPSTUNT the sound quality I obtained was EXTREMELY poor!!! (lots of feedback, echo and delay). I even paid the 10€ for 4 months of free calls, but the quality was very bad.
I tried complaining to the company but they have NO reliable CUSTOMER SUPPORT service.
I've tried other VOIP programms such as Skype and PeopleCall and with both I had EXCELLENT sound quality.
I would NOT recommend VOIPSTUNT at all.

VOIPStunt has no customer service at all.
Just could not understand such company does not have customer service. But they still try to promote their service. I bet they will lose the market if they are doing this way.
The company phone number at their is fake too.
9th Nov 06 - I've just signed up to voipstunt (I'm in London, UK) and it works perfectly! Free calls at the moment to any landline in the uk and sound quality is perfect.
I haven't had to give any kind of credit at all to use it? Not even given any credit card details or anything.

voipstunt is an unreliable unstable application - nothing works in a professional way! ever tried to give a feedback? ever had a look a the faq? stay where you are but let voipstunt be a buggy tale
I was using VOIPdiscount. Quality was OK for so cheap and even for PC callback phone-phone. But.. I have a CITI credit card for internet which generates a number per payment, so you can't really use it twice. So, I gave that number, loaded 11 EUR, used 3 of them and suddenly the credit was removed... I understand, they have cancelled the payment and then tried to take more... Now I have debt of 3 EUR and can't top-up, 'cause of no service people (and no contact address).. Funny..

I tray to complain about voipstunt to their customer service but they treated me very badly. I do not recommend their service to anyone and please if anyone now who to contact about complains let me know
