Display Name (netappel user name)
Username (netappel user name)
Authorization User (netappel user name)
Password (netappel password)
Domain/Realm netappel.fr
SIP Proxy sip. netappel.fr
Out Bound Proxy sip.netappel.fr
Leave all other settings as default.
