Recording calls with voipbuster, voipcheap... etc
A reader sent me an e-mail requesting to know how he can record calls with his voipbuster and voipcheap user clients, so after replying his e-mail i decieded to make a post about it here also for the benefit of other readers. The best way to record calls made using voipbuster, voipcheap, voipstunt, internetcalls etc is to use Express Talk softphone. Just configure any of those applications you are using on Express Talk and then use the Record call feature on express talk to record the call. You can also select automatic record call option on express talk so that your calls are recorded automaticall whenever you call. This can also be used with any SIP based voip service.

I am using Vonage as Voip Service and so as Vonage is a SIP-based service as Voipbuster I can advide Voip recording soft - MiaRec (www.duxoft.com).
When I starding to use MiaRec I was plesantly surprised with the quiality of Voice.
In contrast to other similar solutions it records digital signal of Voice from network traffic, while others record analog signal from microphone.
VoipBuster and VoipCheap use encryption of network traffic, which is not possible to record with a sniffer. But they support SIP protocol also. You can use our VoipBuster/VoipCheap account with any freeware SIP softphone, like X-Lite.
Their web-site has instructions regarding configuration general SIP phone.
When you use standard SIP soft- or hard- phone for making calls, you can record them with sniffer recorder, like Duxoft Miarec.
