The Third Quarter Revenue & Profit Reports by the Subsidiary of China VoIP & Digital Telecom, Inc.

Jinan Yinquan Technology Co., Ltd., has just released its
operating results for the just ended third quarter i.e. September 30,
2007. The revenues generated were $1,899,854 as compared to $152,329
generated at the end of the same period in 2006. It shows an increase of
1147% or $1,747,525.
Throughout the nine months that ended on September 30, 2007, the company has recorded a revenue of $4,155,855. When compared to the $889,602 generated during the same period ended in 2006, there is actually an increase of 367% or $3,266,253.
Also the Net gain recorded is $854,878 for the nine months that just ended on September 30, 2007. It also shows a 388% or $679,773 increase as compared to $175,105 at the same period in 2006. <br> According to the company, the increase of revenue and net gain were actually due to the following reasons. First is the significant revenue increase due to the rapid development of users. The next one is because of the considerable decrease in the settlement cost with telecom carriers in comparism to the same period of the previous year. Then the last one is due to the better control on general, selling and administrative expenses.
The President and CEO of China VoIP & Digital Telecom, Inc., Li Kunwu, believes the sudden increase in revenue is as a result of successful marketing efforts and the swift acceptance of the Company's products and services in newly developed markets. Here is a list of the new markets- Zhejiang, Anhui and Huangshan.
In a statement, Kunwu has this to say, "We now have the capability to handle a significantly greater number of customers for our VoIP products. We have developed the Zhejiang Geely Group -- a Hangzhou-China-based auto manufacturer, as our key customer within this period, and we anticipate more and more key-customers as Geely will be developed in the following quarter, which will bring additional increase in revenue."
