Pingo VoIP service upgraded by iBasis
iBasis, the globally recognise VoIP leader, has upgraded Pingo, its online calling service. Pingo provides VoIP calls through a fixed-line or mobile phone. It doesn't necessarily need an extra equipment or software to work.
In an effort to upgrade Pingo by iBasis, new features have been added to it. The first one is an interactive voice response system which allows users to know when their account balance is low. All they have to do to top it up is to push the star button. The other feature that has been introduced is a more improved speed-dialing capability for both consumers and business users.
There is a provision for SMEs in the Pingo Business. What with about 999 employees to make international calls on an on-demand basis. This service makes it possible for account limits to be fixed for each employee, with balances and usage managed from a central account.
With Pingo, users will be able to save a lot on calls made to both land and mobile phones in most countries around the world. For users of mobile phone, you can even save up to 90 percent on international calls.
